Amy Lewandowski

Amy Lewandowski is a Northeast Ohio watercolor artist who began painting with watercolors as a youth in a class at the Corcoran School of Art in Washington D.C. She went on to pursue a BFA in Illustration, graduating with honors from Carnegie Mellon University in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Lewandowski paints almost exclusively with watercolors and is a signature member of the Ohio Watercolor Society. She has shown her paintings in over 70 local, regional, and national shows and has been commissioned to illustrate various homes and buildings in the United States and England. Lewandowski has both basic and advanced certificates in Botanical Art and Illustration from Pittsburgh’s Phipps Conservatory and currently teaches advanced botanical watercolor workshops in their certificate program. In addition, she currently coaches individual art students both in person and online. She has also taught at Orange Art Center and in the Cuyahoga Community College Encore program in North East Ohio, and has been selected as the jurist for a local public school art program. She is a member of the Ohio Watercolor Society, American Society of Botanical Artists, and the Artist Archives of the Western Reserve.
